The Louisiana Capital Assistance Center (LCAC) welcomes all donations. We are a non-profit organization that stretches its limited resources to help represent the indigent facing the death penalty. Without your generous support, we would be unable to develop our successful projects, represent the condemned, and help provide support to the capital defense community.

Following Hurricane Katrina, the LCAC entailed significant costs in relocating and returning to New Orleans. It has been an unprecedented and unexpected burden that we hope to overcome through your help and generosity.

We have also joined up with our fellow Justice Center organization, Reprieve US, to help the victims of this tragedy. Please click here for more details.

The LCAC is registered under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to LCAC are tax-exempt where provided by the law.
